2. What can you buy in our shop?
Botanicae expressions is a brand of niche perfumes at affordable prices that aim to make those who smell their fragrances travel with their senses. The niche perfumery has come to stay proposing an alternative to commercial perfumes with standardized smells. Niche perfumes are based on a unique fragrance, with personality and quality.
3. How to buy?
Currently, we offer five perfumes: En Route, Shomal, Patio, Matin a Mogador and Flower coffee. We summarize the steps to take to have your Botanicae at home.
-Our perfumes are unisex and the choice goes hand in hand with the one you feel most identified with. In the section “Postcards” we specify the notes of the perfume and a summary of its composition. We advise you to let yourself be carried away by the emotions that inspire both the story and the smell of the perfume.
-In your shopping cart you will see a summary of your order, be sure to read it carefully to be sure that everything is correct. There is the option to have a
account to more easily control your orders and repeat the Botanicae experience.
-If you already have a Botanicae account, go to the skirt of our website and look for the “My Account” menu in The Shop.
-Shipping method: your Botanicae purchase will be sent to you with MRW.
-Method of payment: You can pay with your Paypal account, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
-Complete your order with a message: you will see that there is a field in which you can give us some details about your order, reception time, etc.. It is not obligatory that you fill it in, only if you think you have to give us some clarification.
4. Our shipments
Once the order is placed, we need 1-2 business days to prepare the shipment. MRW requires 2-3 business days for domestic shipping (Spain) and 5-7 business days for shipping within Europe.
-Botanicae is born with international vocation to continue traveling and expanding the passion for smells via postal in our boats. We can ship to other countries outside the EU with the times marked by the country of destination.
We take charge of informing you of the status of the shipment although you can do a more exhaustive follow-up in “My account”.
5. Can I return the products?
When you receive your order, in case you are not satisfied with the product you can return it always but taking into account the applicable regulations. Here we have to get a little more technical, we offer our products in their box closed or sealed each of them so you can check that you are the first to open them.
You have 7 days from receipt of the order to return it. Of course, the perfume must be in the optimum condition with which it was received without any damage. We are sorry to inform you that the costs of the return are at your expense, if it is an exchange is different. We take care of the costs in case of an exchange.
Having said this, we explain how to request the return of products that you have not unsealed:
-When: you can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
